Reviewing an application from us?

This page exists so you can answer your compliance questions without having to email us first.

The summary

  • Traffic: paid search and organic content, always to a page we own — never an ad linking straight to your site.
  • Brand bidding: we do not bid on partner brand terms. Exclusions are enforced at account level, not per campaign.
  • Disclosure: on-page, in the body, before the content the commercial link relates to.
  • Content: original evaluation with cited sources. No rewritten advertiser copy, no thin pages built only to carry a link.
  • Entity: A Albuquerque Silva Empreendimentos Ltda, CNPJ 65.116.943/0001-20, registered in Brazil.

How we work with a programme

We read a programme’s terms before we promote it, and we check them again for the specific channel we intend to use — a permission granted for content is not a permission granted for paid search, and we treat those separately.

Where a term is ambiguous, we ask in writing and keep the answer on file rather than interpreting it in our own favour.

What we report back

Campaigns are tracked from the ad click through to a conversion reconciled against that click. We report confirmed value only — pending commission is excluded from reporting until it is confirmed, so the numbers we discuss with you are not revised downwards later.

Anything else

If your review needs something not covered here — a specific term clarified, a sample page, or written confirmation of any of the above — email [email protected] and we will respond.

What traffic sources do you use?

Paid search and organic content, always landing on a page we own and control. We do not send an ad straight to a partner’s site, and we do not use pop-unders, incentivised traffic or email drops.

Do you bid on partner brand terms?

No. Brand terms belonging to a partner are excluded at account level by an enforced rule rather than left to per-campaign judgement, because a rule cannot forget and a judgement can.

Where does the commercial disclosure appear?

On the page itself, in the body, before the content the commercial link relates to — not only in a linked policy page. Commercial links are also marked in the HTML so browsers and search engines can identify them.

Who is the legal entity behind the site?

A Albuquerque Silva Empreendimentos Ltda, a company registered in Brazil, identified in full on the Terms page together with its registration number.

How do you report campaign results?

Every conversion is reconciled against the click that produced it, and we report confirmed value only. Pending commission is excluded until it is confirmed, so figures are not revised downwards later.
