Who is responsible

What we collect

Today, almost nothing. This is a static site. There is no account, no login, no newsletter, no comment section and no contact form. We do not ask you for your name, your email address or anything else.

Two things do happen, and you should know about both:

• Your hosting request. Our host receives your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, in order to deliver this site and protect it from attack. This is technically unavoidable for any website. We do not build profiles from it.
• Your cookie choice, if you are asked for one. If you accept or decline on the consent banner, that choice is stored in your own browser (localStorage) along with the date you made it. It never leaves your device. To erase it, clear site data in your browser.

Cookies and measurement

We currently run no analytics and no advertising tags, and this site sets no tracking cookies.

The framework for consent is already in place for when that changes. Visitors in the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are treated as having declined until they choose otherwise, and are asked. Elsewhere, measurement is treated as permitted, consistent with local law. When we do add measurement, this page will be updatedbefore it goes live, not after.

Links to other sites

When you follow a link away from Keenvale, the site you land on applies its own privacy policy, not ours. If we later earn commissions on outbound links, the destination will know we referred you — see our affiliate disclosure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data a company holds about you, to object to its processing, or to complain to a supervisory authority. In Brazil these rights come from the LGPD; in Europe, from the GDPR.

In practice we hold no personal data about you that we could return or delete — there is no database here. If you believe otherwise, write to[email protected] and we will answer.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We update this page whenever what we collect changes, and we change the date at the top when we do. We do not make changes quietly.
